An initial two-day ecological and conservation management orientation incorporating fire management orientation, routine and adaptive ecological monitoring and sampling programs, intervention projects as well as social conservation programs
This project funds all ecological monitoring and sampling programs and conservation projects You participate in all conservation monitoring and conservation projects.
You benefit from real-life, educational and intense safari experiences while making a meaningful contribution to conservation. This is a fun and adventurous experience all in one.
To join this project you will need to be in good physical condition and aged 18 years or older by the time you arrive. Good social skills are an advantage and a willingness to help where needed is vital as you will be part of a small team of staff and volunteers. Personal characteristics like commitment, flexibility and the ability to use your initiative will also be key. To ensure effective communication between all team members, a good understanding of the English language is also required.

You can expect to be busy from 06:00 to 17:00 daily.
Your daily routine is participating in all camp duties which includes but not limited to ecological monitoring and sampling programs and conservation projects, including housekeeping and catering.
Some nights might be spent in a remote fly-camp.

All lights and appliances are to be switched off when leaving your accommodation units
